Users tapped Record (which shows 'Stop' while recording) and expected Transcribe to be enabled, not realizing they must stop the recording first to produce audio. Add a hint next to the disabled Transcribe button: 'Press Stop to finish the recording first' while recording, or 'Record or drop a file to enable this' otherwise.
