Insta Toolbox 2.0.3 completes the desktop package repair from issue #25.

What changed

Package trust

The Windows installer is unsigned. The macOS app is ad-hoc signed and not notarized. These packages do not claim publisher identity; verify the checksum before opening them. Installation help is in the repository README and Installation guide.
