v1.3.1 — Firefox AMO submission package

The XPI is unsigned and prepared for submission through the Mozilla Add-ons Developer Hub; it cannot be installed permanently in regular Firefox until Mozilla signs it. The release also includes the source ZIP and bilingual setup instructions. Install the separate Windows OneNote Native Messaging bridge using the PowerShell command in README.md. Firefox 142+ is required.

Bilingual Firefox OneNote Quick Save release. Includes the source package and a PowerShell installer for the Windows local OneNote bridge. The installer opens Firefox temporary add-on loading; select manifest.json once. Mozilla signing is required for permanent installation.
