Chart 0.9.10. Same image as v1.2.5 (PHP 8.3.36); chart and release-process fixes only:

• Default image fixed: appVersion used to point at 6.3.1-apache, which was never published, so default installs failed to pull. It now matches the release (1.2.6).
• Release guard: release tags now fail the build unless they match appVersion. Bump appVersion before tagging.
• No restart on chart bumps: pod checksum annotations hash only .data, so a chart version bump no longer restarts pods unless the config changed.
