New feature: define-class slot specs have new options :constant and :variable. :constant means the slot must be initialized (by either initform or initarg) and no writer will be generated. :variable allows but does not require initialization, and generates an accessor.

Bug fix: bcond was not correctly handling declarations in the let forms it transforms (the ones that appear in predicate position in a clause).
