Using the variable font on the web

The long-stem g and the open ampersand are the defaults — no
font-feature-settings needed. Figures are proportional; add
font-variant-numeric: tabular-nums on price columns and numbers that
update in place. ss02 gives the original g, ss04 the original ampersand.

Changes

  • Changelog entries for v1.2 and v1.3
  • Cancel superseded specimen builds
  • Date the pending CCIR vendor ID registration
  • Give dev builds their own font version
  • Publish under Coffee Circle's own vendor identity, keep the designer credit
  • Remove the outdated fontset zip
