SleepAudio v1.0.5 - Backup & Restore

Added backup and restore functionality for audio settings.

New Features:

• Export all audio settings to JSON file
• Import settings from backup
• View list of previous backups
• Automatic save to Downloads/SleepAudio/ folder

How to Use:

1. Open SleepAudio
2. Menu → Backup & Restore
3. Tap Export to create backup
4. Tap Import to restore from backup (or select from recent backups list)

Settings are automatically applied after import.
