macOS tray from #22 / #23: closing the window hides the app; the kernel keeps running. Quit from the tray menu, Dock, or Cmd+Q still stops the kernel process tree.

Signed and notarized. Developer ID Application: wenxing hu (446BLT75JZ). The .app and the .dmg wrapper are both signed, notarized, and stapled (spctl source = Notarized Developer ID). This replaces the earlier unsigned 0.1.4 drop on this same tag. v0.1.2 was not changed.
