Changes

  • Lean tool responses — stripped debugging/echo fields from all tool responses. Only high-signal fields that agents use to make decisions are returned, reducing token cost per tool call.
  • Deduplicated internals — extracted shared session argument parsing, observer reset logic, and simplified session matching.
  • Bug fixes — tmux observer state now resets correctly on OSError; tmux launch no longer blocks SessionManager lock.
