Sley 2.0.7 is a small point release. It adds an explicit reference execution mode (sley-agent call --reference), binary constant lookup for large, strictly ordered compact execution plans, and a scoped-proposal diagnostic that names the fn key. No opcode, schema epoch or protocol method is added.

Two clean builds on the primary host produced identical archives. The source-independent demo, bundled conformance, packaging and final release-evidence checks passed, and every persistent-fuzz runner was re-run at the built source. Cross-host reproducibility is not claimed for 2.0.7.

The Rust workspace passed 3,200 tests with 39 ignored, using four test threads. Formatting and workspace clippy with warnings denied passed.

The constant-lookup change measured about 38.6% lower warm time on one targeted local fixture with identical outcomes; it is not an end-to-end or general-workload speedup claim. This point release makes no model-cost, economic-parity or GA claim. ga_claimed remains false; the documented 2.0.0 limits remain applicable and provenance is unsigned. Merged in PR #32.
