Pipeline UX Improvements

The two-LLM interactivity pipeline now shows progress inline in the chat bubble:

Chat-inline step tracker

• Collapsible <details> block inside the result bubble — open while running, auto-collapses when done
• SVG icons per step: 🔍 analyze, </> code gen, 👁 visual check, ✓ done, — skipped
• Active step blinks, done steps show green checkmark + description, skipped steps dimmed

Skeleton shimmer on targets

• During code generation, target elements in the preview get db-skeleton shimmer animation
• Removed when code gen completes or fails

Kimi K2.5 JSON fix

• Kimi requests now opt out of response_format: { type: 'json_object' } (not supported)
• Backend conditionally includes response_format (pass response_format: false to skip)
• Console logging added for pipeline debugging
