Bump to 0.4.4

Ship the improvements that landed after the v0.4.3 tag: the EPG-index /
image-cache memory cuts, the ARM64 Linux builds, and the main-window
refactor. Move the memory notes from the 0.4.3 release entry (which shipped
without them) to a new 0.4.4 entry.
