微信登录命令增强：

  • login 在已连接状态下仍强制发起新二维码，扫码成功后覆盖保存的凭据并热切换连接
  • 扫码确认前保留旧连接，登录失败时不影响现有连接
  • 新增 login --url；插件 stdout 严格只输出 URL，不渲染二维码、不输出提示或换行
  • 使用 pnpm --silent dsh plugin --profile web exec dsh-weixin login --url 可同时屏蔽 pnpm 自身的脚本提示
