US Keyboard Layout with German Umlauts 2.0 - signed Windows executables

• US_German_Umlauts-Setup-2.0.exe : installer. During setup you pick ONE scheme - CapsLock or Alt - and only that tool is installed. It installs into %ProgramFiles%\USGermanUmlauts, adds a Start-menu shortcut and an autostart at login (on by default). Uninstalling removes the tool and its autostart.
• US_German_Umlauts.exe : CapsLock scheme (CapsLock + A/U/O/S/E; add Shift for capitals) - standalone.
• US_German_Umlauts_Alt.exe : Alt scheme (Alt + A/U/O/S/E; plus Ctrl+M menu key and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S screenshot) - standalone.

Both tools are signed and run as assistive technology with uiAccess, so they can type into elevated windows and UAC prompts. AutoHotkey is not required on the target machine.

Notes

• Use the signed binaries. uiAccess requires the signed exe to run from %ProgramFiles% (the installer handles that).
• Installer needs admin rights.
• The AutoHotkey scripts and the Linux/macOS layouts remain in the repository for the manual/script route.
• No signing or certificate material is contained in this repository.
