Prioritize filename match over content match (cmd+o style):

  • Exact filename match: 1000 → 2000
  • Filename starts with query: 500-600 → 800-900
  • Filename contains query: 200-300 → 400-500
  • Content match bonus: 50-100 → 0-20 (decays faster)

This makes filename matching 10-100x more important than body content matching.
