Fix:
- MCP server now responds to cancellation signals properly
- Long-running tasks can be stopped when Agent is stopped
- Graceful shutdown with logging of collected data
- Cancellation checkpoints in loops for quick response

This fixes the issue where the Python process continues running
after stopping the Agent.
