2d59544: New kobe api notify verb: broadcast a toast to every attached kobe UI (--title, free-form --kind where done/needs_input/error carry the TUI's severity styling and anything else renders neutrally, optional --task-id for the sidebar unread mark, --source tag). Agents and scripts surface their own moments over the daemon's new notice.event channel without touching the task's session; the Workspace Host and the Tasks pane render it through the existing toast queue.
4e44ffe: ctrl+q is back as the direct "back to tasks" chord (focus.sidebar) — the escape hatch out of any pane is too load-bearing for a two-stroke prefix. Its prefix stroke is dropped along with the tab-management rows'.
5f42c61: Restore the PureTUI global Ctrl+Q return-to-Tasks shortcut and Ctrl+H/J/K/L pane navigation, while retaining configurable prefix aliases.
ba538ad: Tab management is back on single-press chords: ctrl+t (new tab), ctrl+w (close tab), and ctrl+]/ctrl+[ (next/previous tab) fire directly again, and their prefix strokes were removed — repeated actions like tab cycling don't suit a two-stroke sequence. The other prefix-moved rows stay prefix-only.
