Downstream pinned build of CLIProxyAPI with optional file-backed usage statistics persistence.

Base:

Included downstream patch:

  • add usage-statistics-persistence-enabled
  • add usage-statistics-persistence-path
  • restore usage statistics on startup
  • persist usage statistics to file during runtime
  • flush persisted statistics after import and on shutdown after async queue drain
