Completely removes puppeteer as dependency. Chose to delete
explorer/e2e/showJobRun.test.tssince the functionality it tests is already covered byintegration/cypress/integration/createAndRunJob.spec.ts.This also keep all of our cypress / UI tests in one place, rather than split between two workspaces.
