This pull request updates the documentation for the Risk Management Network (RMN) component of CCIP across multiple files. The main change is the addition of a new note informing users that the RMN is being adapted to support a more modular and configurable architecture, reflecting evolving user needs. Additionally, an older caution about phased deployments has been replaced with this new note for consistency.

Key documentation updates:

Risk Management Network (RMN) Architecture Updates

  • Added a note across EVM, Aptos, and SVM component documentation that CCIP's Risk Management Network is evolving to provide enhanced support for modular security and compliance, and is being adapted for a broader, more flexible architecture. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Phased Deployment Section Replacement

  • Replaced the previous "Phased Deployments" caution with the new architecture evolution note in SVM documentation and the aggregate documentation file, ensuring consistent messaging about the RMN's future direction. [1] [2]
