* Change appId and specify HMI type explicitly This was changed as HMI already have WEP 1 and 2 available on AWS server. That's why third appid has been added. * Fix minor style issues * Add windowId and templates list for Set Layout * Remove template switching on the first activation * Add duplicate window option * Added more parameters for Show Added soft buttons generation and main fields inputs
