First packaged release.

macOS (Apple Silicon): download Threadknot_0.1.0_aarch64.dmg, open it, drag Threadknot to Applications.

First launch on a Mac other than the build machine: macOS will warn because this build is not yet notarized — approve it once via System Settings → Privacy & Security → "Open Anyway" (or right-click the app → Open).

Linux and Windows installers will be attached by the CI build workflow.
