• (serde) Optimize CBOR, JSON, and form-url serialization by caching each field's pre-encoded name (and each query literal's pre-encoded key/value pair) on its descriptor instead of re-encoding on every field write
• Optimize JSON and CBOR deserialization by resolving struct field names through a cached O(1) field index with an in-order cursor instead of a linear scan over the field list
• Optimize serde performance by hoisting generated object/field descriptors to file-level scope so they are constructed once instead of on every serialize/deserialize invocation

Miscellaneous

• (serde-cbor) Reduce allocations in CBOR serialization and deserialization by encoding/decoding values through free functions instead of intermediate wrapper objects, and skipping fields, indefinite-length strings, and decimal fractions without materializing wrapper values
