Added
APRS dashboard. APRS moves out of the main-page SPA to a dedicated /aprs/dashboard page, matching the Aircraft and Vessels dashboards: a full-height Leaflet map with station markers, a filterable station list, a live packet log and a signal meter, plus the agent selector for remote sources. The APRS nav buttons (desktop and mobile) now open the dashboard directly. Same decoder and endpoints as before; the map/marker/stream logic is unchanged.
Removed
The APRS mode from the main-page SPA (its inline panel, aprs-spa.js and mode-registry entry), now that it lives on its own dashboard.
