v2.33.38 — ADS-B Range Limit & Retention

• ADS-B dashboard — range limit and configurable retention (#313). A new "In range" toggle shows only aircraft within the selected range-ring distance of the observer, and a "Keep" selector sets how long aircraft with no fresh updates remain (30s / 1m / 2m / 5m / 10m / 15m, default 1m). This tames busy remote/aggregated feeds (e.g. FR24 via a remote agent) that could flood the map with hundreds of aircraft and lock up the browser. Both settings are per-browser and default to the previous behaviour.
