Hyperdescribe Release

This is the first release to use Hyperdescribe as the basis for converting to and from media types. See the README file for how to register formats to be used with Halpert.

Last Release of HTML-to-HAL code

This library has taken on a new shape, and this is the final release for the code that converts HTML+RDFa to HAL+JSON (albeit, very poorly).

The newer versions of Halpert will be geared toward being a wrapper for converting to and from Hyperdescribe.
