The --no-color doesn't exist

Description

I just started working with copilot so I can't comment on when, but the latest version of cr cli (0.7.1) does not support a --no-color flag for the review command.

Steps to reproduce

With the latest cr cli installed, start a review in neovim.

Expected behavior

No response
