Wi-Fi Calling Gateway v1.0.0

First stable release of the standalone OpenWrt/ImmortalWrt LuCI package.

Highlights: five sing-box protocols, per-device independent/follow-gateway policies, PassWall coexistence, node reachability, ePDG/IPsec UDP 500/4500 evidence, startup validation, tests, and Chinese/English manuals.
