What we built

  • SNACS platform - real-time small-cap scanner, trading journal, AI playbook builder, and SEC research at snacs.trade.
  • SNACS Data API - dilution chain state, offerings, facilities, point-in-time "as-of" queries, live snapshots, 22 years of daily history, news, fundamentals, and a screener. Flat pricing, no metering. Docs.
  • SNACS MCP server - connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code Copilot, or Windsurf to live dilution and market data through 14 curated workflow tools. See snacs-mcp.

Every dilution number is extracted from primary SEC filings - 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1/3, 424B5, Form 4, 13F, 13G/D. No third-party fundamentals data.
