SAPI5 for Windows Release

SAPI 5 release for Windows screen readers and book-reading programs.

Features and fixes:

• The models are fast — under ideal conditions they should work x100 RT;
• Separate installers for v5_5_ru and v5_cis_base_nostress models;
• Supports 20 languages of Russia and the CIS (including Russian);
• Works with SAPI5 and most of the screen and book readers;
• Automatic stress for Russian, Ukrainian and Belorussian;
• Other languages — explicit stress not used in models;
• Automatic homograph disambiguation for Russian;
• Questions are not supported yet;
• Freezes and stutters fixed, minor bugs fixed;
• Tempo and pitch artefacts fixed;
• Word tracking fixed;
