[0.12.1] - 2026-10-01

The optional LaunchBox plugin and its proof harness now target
net10.0-windows, matching LaunchBox 14 and newer. Building the plugin requires
the .NET 10 SDK and the nonredistributable LaunchBox API assembly from the
operator's installation. The XML import path remains available for older
LaunchBox versions.
