Windows and Linux builds of Gateway Forge.

These carry the same ported core, the same bed engine and the same
fine-tuned voice as the macOS build, held to it on every push by
the parity suites — including the speech engine, which phonemizes
through the exact espeak-ng the voice was trained with rather than
a published package that predates it.

The macOS build is native Swift and is attached separately.

No installer is signed. Nothing auto-updates. Nothing leaves the
machine.
