Corman Lisp 3.2 (unofficial build: CMake, clang, Linux port)

An unofficial build of the master branch of this fork: sharplispers/cormanlisp with these changes on top of it.

• Builds with CMake, with Visual Studio 2022, clang-cl, or the clang of mingw-w64.
• Runs on 32-bit x86 Linux: the console Lisp, without the IDE.
• Fixes found along the way; see the commit log.

Files:

• CormanLisp-windows-x86.zip: built with Visual Studio 2022. The IDE, the console, the image, and the Visual C++ runtime and MFC DLLs they need.
• CormanLisp-linux-i686.tar.gz: cormanlisp and the image. Needs the 32-bit C and C++ libraries (on Debian, libc6:i386 and libstdc++6:i386).

Both contain the sources of the tree they were built from. The version is still the 3.2.0 of the sources; this is not a release of Corman Lisp.
