Files an agent names open at their line, and each session shows its ports and what its agent waits for.

Added

• Sidebar: a session shows the ports its programs listen on after its branch, like :3000 for a dev server an agent started. Click one to open it in your browser. They are read at a prompt, when an agent finishes and when you switch sessions, never on a timer.
• Sidebar: while an agent waits, its row says what for, like the question it asks or the command it wants to run.

• ⌘-clicking a file path in the terminal opens it next to the terminal, at the line when it says one, like src/app.ts:42 from an agent. Paths with a line number used to open nothing, and the others opened in another app.
