Add buildHepWithScene() and the matching browser/Node document-session
method, returning both the HEP Blob and a reusable complete scene for immediate
viewing without decoding the generated HEP. Preserve applicable prepared LOD
data and keep successful scenes usable after session close. This opt-in path
retains full-resolution image pixels and viewer LOD indexes; buildHep() keeps
its existing blob-only, streaming export behavior.
