First public release.

  • Record meetings (microphone + system audio) on Windows
  • Automatic transcription and meeting minutes via configurable AI providers (local server, company server, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Everything stored locally; API keys encrypted with Windows DPAPI
  • Export minutes as Word, Markdown or clipboard

Signing: this build is signed with a self-signed certificate, so Windows SmartScreen will still warn on first run (More info → Run anyway). Organizations piloting referat can remove the warning by deploying the attached referat-codesign.cer to Trusted Publishers via GPO/Intune. CA-issued signing is on the roadmap.
