[SofaCUDA] examples: replace PHP scenes with python3

I guess it is time to deprecate/remove php loader as well 😬

and there are the same files (cuda pscn) in the SofaCUDA project, should we put all the files there ? or let it in the base examples directory of SOFA ? 🤔

About the same files (cuda pscn) in the SofaCUDA project, do you know where they are used in some SofaCUDA examples ? Else let's remove them
