BXM v0.3.0

BXM Canon for Python.

• The bxm-canon Python package: the Rust core through PyO3, one wheel per
  platform for Python 3.9 and later (Linux x86-64 and ARM64, macOS Apple
  silicon and Intel, Windows x86-64), no dependencies, with type hints.
• encode and decode map Python values directly: int and float stay
  apart, bytes are bytes, dict keys come back in byte order.
• The same text, check, hash and diff functions as the command and the
  JavaScript package, tested against the spec vectors on Linux, macOS and
  Windows with Python 3.9 and 3.13.

BXM v0.2.0

BXM Canon for JavaScript.

• The bxm-canon npm package: the Rust core compiled to WebAssembly, for
  Node 18+ and browsers, as an ES module and CommonJS, with TypeScript types
  and no dependencies.
• Text to bytes, bytes to text, normal form, check, hash and diff, with the
  same bytes and errors as the command and the C library.
• Tested against the spec vectors on Node 18 and 22; attached to each
  release as bxm-canon-js.tgz.
