These builds are not signed yet. Windows shows a SmartScreen warning: choose More info, then Run anyway. On macOS, right-click the app and choose Open the first time. Check any download against SHA256SUMS.
Every build passed the end-to-end self-test on its own platform before this release was published. Test results for this commit are in test/results/latest. The manual is the README.
