Adds a GitHub-supported funding link for voluntary Lightning tips.

• keeps product purchases and services separate from donations
• requests no personal data, files, credentials, or payment proof
• adds the support page to the sitemap
• tests the non-purchase and privacy boundaries

Verification: npm test (29 passed), git diff --check, author metadata audit.
