impr: Improve orbit camera to better behave on mouse scroll-wheel #2160
Description
Our current camera seems tuned mostly to touchpad scrolling and mouse scrolling is extremely jumpy. I would investigate the WheelEvent.deltaMode field - I think we could adjust the sensitivity based on what the event mode is.
