Bumped dependency versions to fix security issue with org.apache.commons:commons-text below 1.10.0

Bugfix+Feature: Null is also a value

We can now also expect a field to be null:

Matcher matcher = object()
        .with("a", eq("x"))
        .with("b", isNull())
        .build();

Also, fields containing null no longer make the matcher crash.

Feature: Option to elide ignored field values

Eliding values of ignored fields can help to declutter the
visualisation. This can now be done at the ObjectMatcher level:

    .elideIgnoredFieldValues(true)
    .with("a", eq("x"))
    .with("b", eq("y"))
    .build();

As Java 11 source cannot be compiled to Java 8 bytecode.
