v0.1.2 - Stability improvements

This release solves a memory leak that was causing system stability. A heap watchdog has been added too, which will proactively reset when the heap watermark exceeds 95%.

Additional changes:

• Error reporting improved
• Rewind tag file after at-start search
• Do not build flash data partition data
• Fix incorrect nvs api calls
• Assess client connection via pong watchdog
• Add memory debugging source
