Temporarily pinned back to published crates so this revert can land cleanly. Local spl-list-view has already moved to the newer PodLength contract, while this reverted local spl-pod 0.7.2 still exposes the old PodU32 conversion contract.
The next PR can switch it back to local path deps once spl-pod is updated with the new aliases.

The new solana-zero-copy crate anza-xyz/solana-sdk#605 represents all of the changes we wanted in spl-pod 1.0 in #175 and more. In order to do the aliasing, it's easier to revert the crate back to 8c73d86 where it was last published (v0.7.2) as a starting point before adding all the aliases.
