Release v3.14.0-beta.10

Added

• orphaned_statistics service (P32). Finds recorder statistics for a
  modem that have no registered entity — left behind by a mode switch,
  channel rebonding (ID mode), or a prefix change. Default call returns a
  commented preview of orphaned entity IDs. Pass execute: true to purge
  all of them directly via HA's recorder. Purge is permanent. Documented
  in TROUBLESHOOTING.md § Ghost Statistics.
• Technicolor XB7 (CGM4981COM) now fully supported. Verified on
  hardware via contributor HAR capture. 34 downstream + 5 upstream channels
  confirmed. Addresses #101.

Fixed

• Logout before same-poll auth retry on single-session firmware. When
  LOAD_AUTH or LOAD_INTEGRITY fires on a modem with
  session.max_concurrent: 1 and actions.logout configured, Core now
  attempts a best-effort logout before clearing the session and retrying.
  Releases any stale server-side session (e.g. after an unclean HA restart)
  so the immediate re-authentication can succeed. Related to #170.
• SB8200 v6 Basic: logout action added to catalog. The modem-basic
  variant was missing a logout action, preventing the logout-before-retry
  path from firing. Related to #170.
• XB7: modulation field normalized to canonical form. The XB7 firmware
  reports upstream modulation as "64QAM" where the catalog expects
  "qam_64". The parser now normalizes at intake so modulation values are
  consistent across modem families. Addresses #107.
