Added

• Diagnostics now report system_info field outcomes. A mapped field
  that produces nothing on a successful poll is no longer invisible:
  the diagnostics download lists fields the modem never sent
  (system_info_fields_missing) and fields whose value type conversion
  rejected, with the raw value (system_info_fields_failed). Lets a
  field-level parsing gap be diagnosed from the first shared
  diagnostics file instead of a contributor round-trip. (Related to #98)
• Arris S33v3 confirmed on hardware. Verified via contributor
  diagnostics: 33 downstream + 6 upstream channels, HNAP SHA256 auth,
  ICMP health checks working. The firmware does not report uptime;
  Last Boot Time derives from counter-reset detection. (Related to #98)
• Four more modems confirmed on hardware. Verified via contributor
  diagnostics: Motorola MB8611 (34 DS + 4 US, restart confirmed,
  Related to #60), Arris SB6183 (16 DS + 4 US, Related to #95), Netgear
  CM3000 (34 DS + 5 US, Related to #127), and ARRIS CM3500B
  (26 DS + 5 US, Related to #73).
• Technicolor XB10 (CGM601TCOM) added to the catalog. DOCSIS 4.0
  hardware provisioned in 3.1 mode. Auth, channel parsing, and restart
  action config derived from a contributor HAR; awaiting hardware
  confirmation before it is marked confirmed. (Related to #173)
• {cookie:name} parameter interpolation. Action params can now
  reference session-jar cookies by name, resolved at execution time.
  Supports the Double Submit Cookie CSRF pattern needed for the XB10
  restart action. (Related to #173)

Changed

• Breaking: session.max_concurrent replaced by
  HttpAction.requires_session. max_concurrent is removed from
  SessionConfig. The presence of actions.logout is now the sole
  indicator of single-session semantics. Per-action
  requires_session: true skips the logout-before-retry when no session
  cookie is present. Catalog YAML still using max_concurrent must
  migrate. (Related to #170)
• parser.py declares its own resource needs. A PostProcessor now
  declares the resources its hooks read in a resources class attribute
  (URL path → format), merged into the fetch list at startup. Replaces
  the former workaround of adding a fake parser.yaml field mapping just
  to force the fetch. The Sercomm DM1000 — the only catalog user of the
  workaround — has been migrated; extracted output is unchanged.

Fixed

• CM3500B modulation values are now canonical. The parser.yaml
  modulation columns were typed as plain strings; downstream QAM and
  upstream ATDMA channels now emit canonical QAM256 / QAM64.
