  • Test skill now runs a system readiness check (Phase 0) before starting verification — checks Linear MCP, config, task reviews, Playwright, .env credentials, and pages.json upfront with a clear status table
  • Test skill Phase 2d references Phase 0 results instead of re-checking prerequisites per task
  • Removed Slack notification from test skill — Linear's native notifications handle this better
  • Added release versioning rule to CLAUDE.md
