⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• vocab: the app writes preferences in format 6. An older
  version of Solid Memo reads format-6 preferences without the palette
  and the text size and refuses to save over them, so after this version
  saves or updates an instance's preferences, a tab or device still on an
  older version cannot save its preferences, its theme or "Not now" to
  the invitation to FSRS-6 until it is reloaded.
