2.0.0-beta.14: `<For>` with flat store data doesn't update

Describe the bug

When store fetches new data in form of ["string", "string", ...], the insides of <For> don't update

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Go to link
2. Click "Next issue"
3. See that comments have not changed (should be increasing comments' numbers)
