This release updates the PHP version to 8.3.36 to fix two critical vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 (GHSA-w8hw-w9fx-j79w) and CVE-2026-109619 (GHSA-6wmf-4rv5-p3rp)
With this release, FrankenPHP is also updated to version 1.13
Please update solidtime and any other PHP applications you are running immediately.
